The landscape architectural task for the Bestehornpark as the central open space of the new education center of Aschersleben is to find and define the borders of the park in order to give the area a clear and calm inner space. Located within a very heterogenic structure of new and old buildings for schools, cafeteria and a sports-hall, the Bestehornpark is the connecting element which allows every movement and which affords a new identity to the old and historical quarter of Aschersleben.
